Bellari Jewellery Warranty Policy

At Bellari, every piece is created with intention, precision, and care. Our warranty exists to support the quality of our craftsmanship and to give clarity around what is covered, how to request support, and what to expect.

Warranty Coverage

Bellari offers a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur under normal, intended use.

Covered defects may include:

  • Structural faults related to craftsmanship
  • Manufacturing issues with settings, clasps, or closures
  • Material defects present at the time of delivery

All warranty assessments are conducted by the Bellari team to ensure fairness and consistency.

Warranty Period

The Bellari warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date, as confirmed by your order confirmation email.

What Is Not Covered

The Bellari warranty does not cover damage resulting from circumstances outside of normal wear.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accidental damage or impact
  • Improper use or handling
  • Negligence or misuse
  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
  • General wear and tear over time
  • Tarnishing or surface wear due to exposure
  • Damage caused by chemicals or harsh environments
  • Lost, stolen or intentionally damaged items
  • Failure to follow Bellari care instructions

Jewellery is inherently delicate. Natural signs of wear are expected with regular use and are not considered defects.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing or material defect, please follow the steps below.

  1. Contact us at hello@bellari.com.au - Include your full name and order details as shown in your original confirmation email.
  2. Provide clear images and a brief description. This helps our team understand the issue before assessment.
  3. Assessment by Bellari. Our team will carefully review your claim to determine whether the issue falls within warranty coverage.
  4. Resolution. If the claim is approved, Bellari will repair the item or offer a replacement. In some cases, a comparable piece may be provided if the original item is no longer available.
  5. If the claim is not covered. We may offer a paid repair option where possible. Pricing and timelines will be communicated before proceeding.

Additional Notes

  • All warranty decisions are made at Bellari’s discretion following assessment.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
  • Bellari is not responsible for loss of items during return shipping if not packed securely.
