These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all promotional activities offered by Bellari Gems Pty Ltd (“Bellari”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to the Black Friday 20% Off Sale.

By participating in any Bellari promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Bellari reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw promotions at its discretion to ensure compliance with relevant laws, maintain fair trading practices, or respond to operational requirements.

Black Friday Sale – 20% Off Promotion

Promotion Summary

Offer: 20% off selected Bellari jewellery products.
Promotion Period: Begins 17 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 3 December 2025.
Location: Online purchases only at https://bellari.com.au
Application: Discount is automatically applied at checkout. No discount code required.
Eligible Products: Only items explicitly marked as “on sale” or included in the Black Friday Collection are eligible.
Exclusions: Not all products are included. Offer excludes gift cards, custom pieces, and previously purchased items.

1. Eligibility

This promotion is available to all customers purchasing through the Bellari website during the promotion period.
Bellari reserves the right to restrict participation or cancel orders where fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of promotional pricing is detected.

2. Discount Conditions

The offer provides 20% off eligible items as displayed on individual product pages.
Sale pricing is valid only while stock lasts. No rainchecks or backorders at discounted pricing will be honoured.
The promotion cannot be applied to past orders, custom requests, gift cards, or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
Bellari reserves the right to alter or withdraw the offer at any time without notice, in line with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Returns and Exchanges

All purchases made during the promotion remain subject to Bellari’s standard Refund Policy
Returns are accepted on unworn items in original condition and packaging, lodged within 14 days of delivery.
In some cases, store credit or exchange may be offered in lieu of refund for discounted items, at Bellari’s sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Bellari reserves the right to inspect returned items and decline exchanges or refunds for any product showing wear, damage, or improper handling.

4. Fulfilment and Shipping Delays

During promotional periods, processing and dispatch times may extend up to 10 business days.
Made-to-order items may require up to 2 weeks of production time prior to dispatch.
Customers will be notified by email with tracking details once their order has shipped.
Bellari is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

5. Pricing Accuracy and Fair Use

Bellari reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order where pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud is identified.
Bellari will not be held liable for typographical, technical, or system errors resulting in mispricing or incorrect promotional display.
To the extent permitted by law, Bellari disclaims any liability for direct or indirect loss incurred through participation in this promotion.

6. Governing Law

This promotion and any transactions under it are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
