These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all promotional activities and offers operated by Bellari Gems Pty Ltd (“Bellari”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to the Bellari Bridal Set Giveaway and the Black Friday Sale.

By participating in any Bellari promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Bellari reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the business, comply with applicable laws, or address unforeseen circumstances.

• Gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of issue.
• Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to a bank account.
• If a product purchased with a gift card is returned, the amount will be refunded back to the original gift card used.
• Gift cards are valid for use on all full-priced and sale items across the Bellari online store.
• Only one gift card can be applied per order.
• Bellari reserves the right to verify the identity of each winner before issuing the prizes.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Bellari Gems Pty Ltd (ABN 98 701 304 022), registered in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to permanent Australian residents aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.

• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Bellari are not eligible to enter.

• To enter, participants must complete the following:

1. Follow @bellarigems on Instagram.

2. Follow @bellarigems on TikTok.

3. Like the promotional post.

4. Tag at least one friend in the comments (each unique tag counts as one valid entry).

• Duplicate tags of the same person will not count as multiple entries. Only the first unique tag per friend will be considered valid. Multiple entries tagging the same person repeatedly will be void.

5. Bonus: Share the post to Instagram Stories for one (1) additional entry.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

• Incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

• By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion opens at 12:00 AM AEDT on 3 November 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 10 December 2025.

• Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Bellari takes no responsibility for technical issues, late submissions, or lost entries due to internet delays.

4. Prize Details

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or store credit.

• Bellari reserves the right to substitute any prize (or component) with an item of equal or greater value in the event the original item becomes unavailable for any reason.

• The prize will be awarded as-is and cannot be resized, modified, or customized before dispatch.

• Shipping is included and fulfilled by Bellari to any valid Australian address.

• Bellari accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once dispatched.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verified random draw method.

• The draw will take place on 10 December 2025 at Bellari’s Sydney, NSW headquarters.

• The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram or TikTok within three (3) business days of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours (3 days), Bellari reserves the right to disqualify that winner and redraw another.

• Bellari may publicly announce the winner’s name and/or social handle on its official social media pages.

• Bellari’s decisions regarding the draw, verification, and winner eligibility are final and binding.

6. General Conditions

• Bellari reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner.

• Bellari accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or communications.

• Bellari reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway where circumstances beyond its control arise, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or regulatory requirements.

• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

• Bellari’s decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellari, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim (including indirect, consequential, or economic loss) arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

• Entrants release and indemnify Bellari from any claim, action, or liability arising out of their participation or use of the prize.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• This giveaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, or Meta. Entrants fully release these platforms from any liability connected with this promotion.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administration, prize fulfilment, and contacting the winner.

• Bellari handles all personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Bellari’s Privacy Policy, available at https://bellari.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

• By entering, participants consent to Bellari using their name, likeness, and any shared social media content for promotional purposes in future marketing materials without additional compensation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. All participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state for any disputes arising in connection with this promotion.
