Crafting time

If your selected piece is in stock, it ships within 1 to 2 business days. if your selected piece is not currently in stock, it is crafted for you, with a lead time of up to 10 business days before dispatch.

Domestic (Australia)

Complimentary shipping on all Australian orders.

• Standard:

delivery in 4 to 5 business days after dispatch, tracking provided

• Express:

delivery in 1 to 2 business days after dispatch, tracking provided

If you have a specific occasion or date in mind for made-to-order piece, allow at least 2–3 weeks from order to delivery for domestic Australian orders. Contact hello@bellari.com.au if you have a deadline and we will confirm availability.

International

• Standard:

AUD $20, estimated 10 to 15 business days after dispatch

• Express:

AUD $40, estimated 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Peak periods

Please allow extra time during peak gifting periods such as Christmas and New Year, as carrier delays can occur outside our control.

Change of mind

Bellari offers an exchange or store credit for change of mind.

We accept change of mind requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

• Customised or engraved pieces
• Sale items
• Gift cards

How to start a return

Email hello@bellari.com.au with your order details. Once approved, we will send return instructions.

We arrange the return shipping label on your behalf. The cost of the label is covered by you, and is payable before the label is issued. Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.

Inspection and outcome

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the piece and confirm the outcome.

• If the piece is unworn and in its original condition, we will issue an exchange or store credit to the value of your original purchase
• If there are signs of wear, damage or alteration, we may offer a reduced value exchange or credit, or decline the return, at our discretion

We aim to confirm the outcome and issue your exchange or store credit within 10 business days of receiving your return. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at hello@bellari.com.au.

Faulty or damaged items

If your piece arrives damaged, or you believe it has a manufacturing fault, this falls under our Warranty Policy rather than the change of mind return process above. Contact hello@bellari.com.au with photos and a short description, and our team will assess it under warranty.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to give a justification, and to receive a refund. This is separate from the exchange and store credit policy above, and applies specifically to orders delivered within the EU. The same eligibility conditions apply: your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

This policy describes our change of mind returns process. It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
